AE Filaments
Advanced Engineered Filaments (AE Filaments) is a Canadian-based manufacturer of filaments, engineered and optimized for 3D (FDM) printers. Their unique manufacturing process is laser-controlled and takes place in a clean room environment, resulting in a dimensionally high-tolerance filament that also precisely matches Pantone colour standards. Their innovative cooling process also relieves internal stress, making filaments stronger and more durable. AE Filaments’ advanced in-house R&D capabilities and extensive plastics experience have enabled them to develop and produce patents and filaments with unique high-performance properties, achieving FDA and UL approvals, as well as making them suitable for private labeling. They currently produce spools of filament ranging from a few grams to 10kg in size, working closely with their customers to address their specific needs on a competitive basis. AE Filaments has contributed to Nia by providing a wide range of filaments, including special material blends and unique solutions.
Anthony Ramsundar
Anthony is an accomplished digital and innovation strategist with 15 years of experience helping brands build their presence online. He is currently the Director of Digital Marketing at CBI Health Group, and was previously the Head of Web and Development at Insight Vacations. Anthony has contributed to Nia Technologies by providing website production support and digital strategy.
David Thorne
David Thorne is designer and owner of his namesake graphic design firm – David Thorne Communications. With nearly 25 years of experience, David is a branding expert who can work effortlessly in print, web, or social. In addition to running his own firm, he teaches graphic design at OCAD University and writes articles on branding and design for Applied Arts, Canada’s premier magazine of visual communications. David has contributed to Nia Technologies by designing its visual brand identity, brand guidelines, websites, and many visual assets.
